SHIPPING AND RETURNS
Thank you for your interest in the products and services of ITANNI. Products purchased from ITANNI or any of our official resellers come with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. This limited product warranty applies to all ITANNI products sold by us or our official resellers.
To obtain warranty service, please first contact us through our contact form to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.
During the Warranty Period, we will primarily correct the problem by repairing or replacing the faulty parts at no charge. This includes products with defects due to improper material or workmanship under normal use and maintenance, repaired or replaced with new or refurbished parts or products. A replacement product or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original product.
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problems caused by conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship (e.g., stains, scratches, and similar issues).
We offer a 14-day return policy. All ITANNI products purchased on this website may be returned to us within 14 days after you have received them, and they must be sent back without undue delay.
Returned products must be in the same condition as they were received and in their original packaging.
If the product is faulty upon receipt, please contact us, and we will apply the Warranty policy to resolve the issue at our cost.
If the product is not defective and you changed your mind or are unhappy with it for any other reason, the cost of shipping will be your responsibility. We recommend using a courier service with package tracking to ensure safe delivery.
We reserve the right to issue a partial refund if the product(s) is not in an unused condition, is damaged, or has missing parts not due to our error.
If a refund is approved, we will automatically credit the purchase to your credit card or original method of payment. If the product(s) is damaged, not in its original condition, or has missing parts, we will inform you about your eligibility for a partial refund. This decision is made on a case-by-case basis, depending on the severity of the damages or the parts missing. For unclaimed packages at your post office or those refused at the door, ITANNI reserves the right to charge a handling fee and the cost of returning the package.
