WARRANTY POLICY

Thank you for your interest in the products and services of ITANNI. Products purchased from ITANNI or any of our official resellers have 2 years warranty from the date of purchase. This limited products warranty applies to all products of ITANNI and any of our official resellers.

 

To obtain warranty service, please first contact us through our contact form in order to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you.

 

During the Warranty Period, we will at first hand correct the problem by repairing or replacing the faulty parts at no charge for the parts or a product that has defective because of improper material or workmanship under normal use and maintenance, we repairing or replacing by using new or refurbished parts or products. A replacement product or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original product.

 

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

Conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship (i.e. stains, scratches and similar problems).

RETURN POLICY

ITANNI  adopt a 14 days return policy. All ITANNI products purchased on this website maybe returned to us within 14 days after the product(s) came into your possession and the product(s) must be returned to us without any undue delays.

 

Returned products should be returned in the same condition as they were sent, and they should be sent in its original packaging.

 

If the product is faulty when you receive it, please contact us and we will apply the Warranty policy to solve the problem at our cost.

 

If the products have no defective problem, and you changed your mind or if you are unhappy with the products for some other reason, the cost of shipping will fall on you. We recommend you use a courier service where it is possible to track the shipment to ensure the package arrives safely to us. 

 

If a refund is approved, we will automatically credit the purchase to your credit card or original method of payment. If the product(s) is damaged, not in its original condition or has missing parts we will inform you if you are eligible for a partial refund. This is decided from case to case depending on the severity of the damages or what parts are missing. We reserve the right to give a partial refund in cases when the product(s) is not in an unused condition, is damaged or have missing parts not due to our error.

For unclaimed packages at your post office or are denied at the door, ITANNI reserves the right to charge you a handling fee and returned package shipping cost.
